Return policy

Thank you for choosing the Levis Family Adventure online store! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If this is not the case, you can return your item to us within 14 days of the date of receipt for a full refund (excluding shipping costs).

Return conditions

- Condition of the item: The item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, unused and in its original packaging.
- Return costs: Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of a defective product.
- Refund: Once your return is received and inspected by Printful, we will issue a refund to the original payment method.
- Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

Return procedure

1. Contact us: Please contact us at contact@levisfamilyadventure.com to inform us of your wish to return an item, including a photo of the item and the specific reason for returning the product.
2. After our return email, if the item is eligible for refund, prepare your package: Carefully pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and labels.
3. Send your package to the address we will give you by email. Please keep your proof of sending.

Exceptions

- Sale or promotional items are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Personalized products are not exchangeable or refundable.
- Digital products (such as downloads) are non-refundable.
- Items that do not fit because you chose the wrong size are not eligible for exchange or refund.
- Incorrect Address - If you provide an address that is deemed insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for reshipping costs once we confirm with you an updated address (if applicable).
- Unclaimed returns are donated to charity after 30 days.

In accordance with Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal cannot be provided:

1. The supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.
2. Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and therefore cannot be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene.
