1. Preamble
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale and Services (hereinafter the “GTC”) govern the services and content offered on the website www.levisfamilyadventure.com, operated by Levis Global LLC, a company registered in New Mexico (United States).
The website does not sell physical print-on-demand products or products from the external Lienzo or Slowo stores, which operate under their own independent contractual platforms.
The services covered by these GTC are:
– Downloadable digital content (PDF)
– The real estate methodological service Vente Signature™
– The local artisan activity La Casa Dolce
Any payment validation via Stripe implies full and unconditional acceptance of these GTC.
2. Nature of the Services
The digital content offered consists of downloadable materials intended for strictly personal and non-transferable use.
The Vente Signature™ service is an independent strategic methodological support service. It does not constitute a real estate agency, an intermediation mandate, a regulated brokerage activity, or legal, tax, or notarial advice. The client remains solely responsible for their negotiations and contractual commitments.
La Casa Dolce is a local artisan activity operated exclusively on a made-to-order basis, within a non-industrial framework.
3. Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are expressed in U.S. dollars (USD).
Levis Global LLC reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. Services are invoiced based on the rates in effect at the time of payment validation.
For Vente Signature™, the fixed fee is 1,490 USD, payable via Stripe.
In the event of an effective sale of the real estate property concerned, a contractual commission becomes due. This commission is paid directly by the notary in charge of the transaction and is only payable upon signature of the final deed and completion of the sale.
4. Orders and Contract Formation
The contract is deemed formed at the time payment is validated via Stripe, following express acceptance of these GTC.
A confirmation email may be sent to the address provided by the client.
Levis Global LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order or service for legitimate reasons, including fraud, inaccurate information, or abusive behavior.
5. Payment
All payments are processed exclusively via Stripe.
Levis Global LLC does not store any banking data and has no access to complete card information.
Any abusive dispute or unjustified chargeback attempt may result in immediate suspension of the service and may give rise to legal action.
6. Delivery and Performance
Digital products (PDF): Access is granted immediately after payment, via download or secure access. The service is considered performed once access to the file is provided.
Vente Signature™: The service begins after validation of payment of the fixed fee and according to the modalities communicated to the client.
La Casa Dolce: Any order requires a minimum lead time of 72 hours and human validation before production begins. The minimum order is 8 servings.
7. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with regulations applicable to digital content, the client expressly waives their right of withdrawal once access to the download has been made available. No refund may be requested after access to the content.
For Vente Signature™, the fixed fee of 1,490 USD is non-refundable once the service has commenced.
For La Casa Dolce, cancellation before production begins may result in a partial or full refund depending on the stage of preparation. After production has started, no refund may be requested.
8. Liability
The digital content and services offered do not constitute legal advice, tax advice, or any guarantee of results.
No guarantee of sale, timeframe, or price is provided within the framework of Vente Signature™. The seller remains solely responsible for their decisions.
The liability of Levis Global LLC is strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the relevant service. No indirect damages, financial loss, loss of opportunity, or commercial damage may be claimed.
9. Personal Data
Data collected during payments and communications are necessary for the execution of services and administrative management.
For European clients, mandatory GDPR provisions apply. Data may be processed in the United States in accordance with applicable international transfer regulations.
10. Governing Law
These GTC are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico (United States).
European consumers benefit from mandatory protections provided under their national legislation.
In the event of a dispute, the parties agree to seek an amicable resolution before initiating any legal action.
