Julien, the adventurer behind the camera
I was born in Wissembourg, in the north of Alsace.
Since I was little, I have had the chance to travel to the four corners of Europe with my parents, and this openness to elsewhere has continued to fuel my desire for adventure.
After obtaining my vocational baccalaureate, I briefly worked in catering, before discovering my true vocation: working with children.
Having graduated with a BAFA (French National School of Education), I started as a youth worker and then joined the French National Education system. There, I found a strong field of commitment, particularly with children with disabilities in ULIS (Urban Disability Liaison) classes.
At the same time, to supplement my modest income, I decided to found my first company around one of my passions: photography and video.
For seven years rich in projects and meetings, I contributed to the creation of the Collectif Ensemble association, and we were proud to receive several national awards for our inclusive initiatives.
Then, my meeting with Gwendoline marked a turning point.
Together, we wanted to build a solid and authentic life project.
At the end of 2020, in the midst of the health crisis, I made a choice: to leave the National Education system to devote ourselves entirely to building our house. Two years of intense work, a house built by our hands, and a new page in our history written day after day.
Becoming a father has transformed my view of the world.
He gave me the strength to rethink my priorities, expand my dreams, and dare the unknown.
With ten years of entrepreneurial experience, several accomplished projects, unforgettable trips and a close-knit family, I feel today that I have lived a thousand lives in one.
By the summer of 2023, one thing became clear: it was time to redraw our horizon.
With renewed determination, I decided to embark my family on a bold project: to leave everything behind to go and see further, bigger, more truly.
A journey to the ends of the earth, to offer our children—and ourselves—a priceless gift: freedom, discovery, and a taste for adventure.

From the stage to the great journey, Gwendoline's journey
Since my childhood, sports dance has always been my breath, my refuge, my energy.
For nearly twenty years, it has punctuated my daily life, through joys and storms, offering me a space to express myself freely.
I was lucky enough to be part of a passionate dance team, with whom we performed twice on the prestigious stage of the World of Dance in Paris.
Dance has given me more than memories: it has strengthened my confidence, forged my character, and taught me to be true to who I am. It will forever remain a part of me.
After leaving high school without earning my baccalaureate, I chose to pursue a different path: the BAFA (French Academy of Advanced Studies). For about ten years, I mentored children, sharing magical and unforgettable moments with them. This experience profoundly shaped me, teaching me to understand, listen, and support.
At the same time, I trained in the sports field, obtaining the CQP ALS option AGEE (Gymnastic Maintenance and Expression Activities).
This journey helped me to overcome my own limits, broaden my horizons, and assert my self-confidence.
My story is woven with patience, creativity, teamwork, and a great thirst for growth.
Then, a new chapter began with Julien, passionate about dance like me, but also about photography and video.
He kindly accompanied us to Paris, capturing our appearance at the World of Dance in images. This video, a symbol of our beginnings together, remains a precious memory.
With Julien, I discovered a love of travel and exploration. In just a few weeks, our hearts aligned around a shared vision of life: to dare, to discover, to share.
Our marriage sealed this promise of adventure. Then, our two children, Lois and Livio, were born. Even before their arrival, I made a silent vow: to always be there for them, to offer them the world as a place of awakening and wonder.
This is how our great expedition was born. Not to escape, but to offer: a life rich in experiences, emotions, and encounters.
Learning from books is precious... but learning from life itself is a priceless gift.

The 2021 “separatism” law convinced us: staying in France was no longer an option.
We chose to leave, not to escape, but out of loyalty to our values and to open up new horizons for our family.
